Terms of Service
Terms governing authorized use of this Google integration.
Effective and last updated: 21 September 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply when an authorized user uses OpenClaw OAuth Adapter. By authorizing an account or requesting a task through the adapter, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and must meet the minimum age required to manage your own Google Account in your country.
2. Service description
The adapter supplies an OAuth application identity used by gogcli and an operator-controlled OpenClaw environment. After the user approves Google’s consent screen, the environment may use the granted permissions to carry out authorized tasks involving Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Contacts, Tasks, and Photos.
The adapter does not provide Google services and does not guarantee that every feature will be available. Google, OpenClaw, gogcli, AI model providers, hosting providers, and other supporting services may apply their own terms and policies.
3. Account authority and consent
You may connect only a Google account you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing the account shown and the permissions requested on Google’s consent screen. You must not ask the operator or adapter to exceed the account holder’s authorization.
You can revoke the Google grant at any time. Revoking or deleting a credential may stop related features and does not automatically erase data previously created in Google services or retained in legitimate backups.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the adapter to:
- access another person’s data without valid authorization;
- violate law, privacy, intellectual-property, employment, contractual, or Google platform requirements;
- send spam, distribute malware, conduct surveillance, deceive users, or facilitate abuse;
- interfere with, probe, bypass, or compromise security or usage controls;
- use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling; or
- present automated output as authoritative where human review is legally or practically required.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your Google account, reviewing task instructions and results, confirming consequential actions before relying on them, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before it is sent, published, filed, or used for an important decision.
6. Privacy and Google user data
Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Changes, availability, and suspension
The adapter is provided on an as-available basis for authorized use. Features, providers, permission scopes, and operating limits may change. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended to protect users and systems, comply with legal or provider requirements, address misuse, or retire the service.
Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes when practical. Changes that materially expand the use of Google user data require updated disclosure and any renewed authorization required by law or Google policy.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the adapter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every item of data. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Responsibility for loss
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the adapter, third-party service failure, user instructions, or unauthorized account use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability caused by fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
10. Ending access
You may stop using the adapter at any time and revoke its access in Google Account permissions. You may also ask the operator to delete the locally stored credential and other eligible personal data. Removing a local alias alone does not delete the credential or revoke Google access.
11. General terms
If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. These terms do not override mandatory rights available under applicable law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to [email protected].
